Job Description

Tutors on Wheels is hiring Education Instructors. Our education instructors guide students in one-on-one sessions throughout an assessed tutoring package to achieve the student's learning goals. Our education instructors build a learning center culture in which students love learning, teach students through an inquiry-based, rigorous curriculum that inspires intellectual curiosity and enables all students to thrive, develop strong relationships with parents and students, creating investment in school culture and academics, drive academic outcomes by analyzing data, studying student work, and implementing high leverage instructional moves to ensure dramatic gains for all students, train with colleagues and managers and receive targeted, in-the-moment feedback on instruction, as well as unparalleled support and professional development
